Q: What happens if I already have hosting?
That’s fine! We can build on your existing host as long as it meets our technical requirements. We’ll review your current setup before beginning.
Q: Are content updates included after launch?
Basic updates (like text tweaks or image swaps) can be included for the first 30 days after launch. Ongoing maintenance and content changes can be handled under a monthly care plan, or we can show you how to make simple edits yourself.
Q: Will my website stay secure and up to date?
If you choose our managed hosting plan, we’ll handle plugin and security updates for you. Otherwise, we’ll provide guidance on keeping your site secure and backed up.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does a website cost?
Typical small-business sites range from $750-$1,500, depending on features, content, and integrations. Pilot program pricing may be lower for early participants. This is a fraction of what you’ll pay with similar results compared to many of the high-priced providers.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes – a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due upon launch.
Q: Are there ongoing fees?
If you host with us or enroll in a maintenance plan, there’s a monthly or annual fee. Otherwise, there are no ongoing charges beyond your own domain and hosting costs.
Content, SEO & Integrations
Q: Who provides the website content?
You can provide your own text and images, or we can assist with AI-assisted copywriting and image selection to help your brand sound professional and consistent.
Q: Will my website show up on Google?
Yes – we design every site with SEO best practices in mind, including mobile-friendly layouts, optimized page titles, and Google Business Profile setup.
